Hey Y’all, so I've been thinking about blogging and making a new series called Trend/ Trend Alert. This is where I'll talk about the trends I’m seeing around me constantly, on Insta, and Pinterest. I’ll tell you my opinion on the trend and if I like it enough to wear it constantly. I love talking about trends because they are here and then they are gone. That’s the whole meaning of a trend right?

First up on this Trend series is Oversized Vintage Blazers! As of lately, I’ve seen a ton of people who are creating thrifting vlogs or going thrifting, which I love because I do that all of the time. It’s great to see other people realizing you don’t have to purchase a 100 dollar coat to be fashionable. Now it’s kind of popular to go vintage and thrift shopping. I suggest that everyone thrift and go vintage shopping because it’s helping our planet by not waisting clothes. But back to the real topic at hand, Blazers. To be honest, I love this trend. It’s a mix between business casual and casual. It’s something about the blazer look that makes the outfit go from yes to YASSS! Although I love it, I kind of like my blazers to still look fitted but oversized at the same time. Since I’m 5’0 I can’t wear a huge oversized jacket. I feel that it would overtake my body, but in other cases for other people, it looks amazing! You can style this look with a T-shirt, sweater, almost anything and still look good. The oversized vintage blazer look is so easy to pull off, I believe every and anyone can pull off this trend for work, brunch, going out, dinner, etc.

For my vintage oversized blazer look, I went with more of a vampy feel because of the Fall/ Halloween season. I love the way each piece of clothing fits into the overall look. The blazer was a perfect pair for my HP shirt and Black wide-leg jeans. We (meaning I) love black on black.

All in all, I love this look, If you try it please tag, comment, and message me, I would love to see it on you!
